Roger is a pleasure to work with. He's very knowledgeable about your coverage and provides guidance for what information is needed for a successful claim. He handles all the pre-certification process, then does the claim data assembly and submission, i.e. the whole works. Then acts as a patient/customer advocate to usher through the IMG process and resolves any issues they may have. Works quickly and follows up with the various groups at IMG. I have never had to deal with IMG directly for either of my two operations last year, and the claims have sailed through and been reimbursed promptly.
